(bottle, 5.0% abv) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Yeasty and sweet malty, moderately wheaty aroma with banana-fruity esters, accompanied by notes of cloves and dust. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a slightly crispy and well-matured carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with fruity notes of banana, a touch of citrus and mildly spicy accents; moderately sweet and slightly acidic wheaty and barley-malty finish with fruity notes and traces of metallic hops. Still a decent Hefeweizen. 11.V.10
