COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Any brewer who consider what up, carries on his key ring to the so-called "wedge-key". A small tool that lets you tap on the storage tank, the beer samples, to observe the maturation. After maturation the beer is not yet filtered but unfiltered, with the natural Hefebestandteilen. "Zwickel-Bier" is bottled in this state, as it were unplugged. A large fan base appreciates this natural form of beer as a hundred years.

Bottle: Pale golden, hazy, quickly collapsing fluffy white head, visible carbonation; distinctive aromatic-hoppy nose with a light fruity-yeasty background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit fizzy; lingering noble-hoppy finish. Great hoppy stuff.....

(Vichy-bottle, 33cl, 4.8% abv, as Götz-Bier Zwickel Naturtrüb, purchased directly at the brewery) Hazy, pale golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly grainy aroma with notes of draff and a tinge of herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy and moderately dry mouthfeel. Slightly grainy and bready malty taste with draffy and herbal accents; dry, bitter-sweet and slightly fizzy finish with herbal hoppy and yeasty notes. All in all a decent example of the style. 07.V.10
