Bottle. Just like a strong belgian blond. More fruit, more spice and more taste. But also over carbonated.

EBF 08, Copenhagen. Sweet honey, some fruity sweet syrup mouth. Nose is slightly medicinal. Mouth is soft, simple, honey and fruits. Some spices towards the end. Despite this beer’s simplicity, it’s very good.

Ah, a beautiful iridescent golden color pushes froth upwards at an alarming rate. A goblet full of suds that lings and a bit-o-sunshine at the bottom. The head finally rests leaving a thick fluffy blanket to make you smile. Aromas of fresh stonefruit. Full nectar with superb residual effers. A classic already. Flavor wise we see a strong malt backbone supports tons of complex fruit from the trees like nectarine, apricot, banana, kiwi, vanilla bean, and spices, maybe a bit of green tea. The finish is bittered beautifully despite it strength and moderate sweetness factor.

Draft @ The Front Door: Boise - Pours a golden blond color with a nice puffy white head and good lacing. The nose is bright with some candy sugar, belgian yeast, orange and coriander along with some starchy strong alcohol notes. The flavor is intense and estery with lots of yeast and processed candy sugar notes. The finish is spicy and yeast. Quite good and fresh, much more golden than the usual Cuvee with similar levels of spice.
