Enjoyed at home from a 750mL bottle poured into a "Belgian Independence Day" commemorative fluted glass.
Poured with massive amounts of head that retreated quite slowly to leave extensive, heavy lacing on the glass. Very light blonde in color, quite light.
Nose is subtle but quite enjoyable. Lots of citrusy hops. Taste is similarly citrus-dominated, with a bit of soapy flavor. Sort of a one-trick pony, not a lot of depth to it. Decent carbonation and a mildly creamy mouthfeel from the surprisingly robust foam.

Bottle. Pale golden color with thin fluffy head. Orange peel, some yeast and spices in aroma. Flavor was good, but still a bit a disappointed with the taste. Some fruits and that but, still were off and the flavor is lacking.

A huge and foamy white head. Beautiful golden colour. Big crispy and refreshing citrus aromas particularly lemon. Full body. Very soft and round palate. The carbonation is more in the looks, it softens quickly. Very subtle tasting yet very strong beer. Lemon, orange and yeast. It’s quite sweet, like it had some honey in it. Floral and toffee notes aswell. Very nice.

In bottle; 2010 version. This was actually quite good. A little spicy, with some hoppiness yet without the usual Belgian yeasty flair ... very easy drinking for 10%. Would definitely buy again

0,75 l bottle from Alko. Pours hazy golden with a high head. Aroma is malts, yeast and alcohol. Flavor is quite similar with some hops and a heavy carbonation. Decent.

Flavor is hops, yeast and malts. Some banana. Nice carbonation. Aroma is fruits, hops and some yeasty malts. Decent beer.

Yellow golden colour. Tall pillowy head which raises points. Aroma is alcohol. Taste is pleasant Mix of all kinds of stuff. Hard carbonation.

750ml bottle, 2012 version. Pours a hazy orange with a firm and bubbly head that leaves some lace. Pretty. Interesting fruity nose with sweet bubblegum, herbal notes, mild honey, pear, a hint of anise and earthy hops - really nice. Taste is herbal, a little fruity (pear mostly), belgian yeast notes, some alcohol. Not as sweet as the nose might suggest. Palate is crisp and sticky with high carbonation, a little too high even. Finish is dry and slightly bitter. Tasty!

Pours an amber/gold color, clear with lots of bubbles! A frothy head quickly forms and stays for the duration of the drink.
The aroma is striking, with lemon citrus flavors, the slight warning of the 10% alcohol and a bit of ginger to bring it to completion.
Full bodied with an almost creamy mouth-feel at the end. Fairly sweet, but well balanced with good bitterness and a citrus hint. A slight peppery taste in the back of the mouth, with a light burn/tingling as it enters the throat. Slightly salty? Some sourness, but not excessive.
The bubbles dance on you tongue, soft and often, like a tap-dancer wearing only socks. :)
There is a long aftertaste consisting of a slight bitterness and an almost slick feeling in your mouth.
Overall, an amazing beer. I am really enjoying it and thanks to my wife, Tanja, for buying this present for me!
