750ML bottle purchased at my new place of work- World Market in Redding, CA. Pour: Medium light straw color. Aroma / Bouquet: Yeasty, straw, grassy. Taste: almost a hot spiciness to it. (Very similar to a Grand Cru in style) Palate: high carbonation that hits all around the tongue. Has a nice almost "Poire Williams" flavor and finish to it. Awesome product, but I prefer the Blauw (Blue) a bit better!

Bottle from Bier Tempel. Pours a bright golden colour, medium carbonation, thin bubbly foam. Very pleasant, fruity hit. Slightly sweet, pear, peach. Hint of spice. Just enough bitterness. Drinks very easily for 10%. Lovely with food, and pretty good on its own.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet with dough, candi sugar, orange, ripe banana and pear, grain, almond, coriander. Taste is sweet malty and sugary with orange and spices, light bitter herbal finish. Medium bodied, oily texture, fizzy carbonation.

Pours exactly the way a light belgian strong ale should - golden with a big off white head that takes a while to recede, leaving a nice lacing. Sensational aroma of candi sugar, belgian yeast, floral notes and some booze. The taste is certainly not disappointing either, with light honey and spices in addition to the flavours hinted at by the aroma. Medium bodied and smooth. The yeast is the star of this impressive brew.

75cl in teku glass. Pours an abundant, creamy, long lasting and pearl white head; yellow to golden very hazy colour. Smells very "belgian", yeasty, dough, cheesy, honey, candied fruits, a bit hoppy, leaves. Tastes fruity, yeasty, apples, citrus hops, juicy, hint of pleasant alcohol notes; low to medium sweetness and bitterness, extremly balanced leaves the palate with a refershing hoppy and delicate hoppy sensation; slight tartness. Average and just right carbonation, medium to full bodied, slick texture. Remembers in "some" ways a Delirium Tremens, obviously much more consistent and complex. Nice drinkability for the abv, extremly balanced, a really great belgian blondie

2015/01/20 - Vintage 2011. Pours a hazy orange/straw colour with a thin, foamy, white head that quickly reduces to a surface film. No lacing. Smells amazing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, dough, strong honey and fruity esters (peach, apricot & banana). Taste is similar to nose; lots of honey and fruits, yeast, bready notes and mild alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium, with average carbonation and a drying, mildly warming finish. I really, really enjoyed this beer. One of the best smelling beers I have ever tried. 750ml bottle, BBE 02/08/15, 2012 vintage. Pours a light yellow, somewhat hazy, large white head. Aroma is very fruity. Taste is pretty stingy with ethanol. But the ethanol is pretty strong. Dries up the finish. Full with medium carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml corked & caged bottle, vintage 2012, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 10%. Golden colour, huge white head. Sweetish and sugary aroma, with notes of ripe yellow fruits (esp. plums), flowers, white kandij sugar syrup and malts. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as in the aroma, also mild spicy notes. Pleasant enough to drink.
