On draft at Beer Kitchen: poured cloudy, yellowish gold, some bubbles coming to the surface, minimal white dad. Nose is cane sugar, yeast, grain, grass, honey. Once on the palate, candy sugar, cake, yeast, apple, grass. A bit watery texture and alcohol warmth on the finish. Interesting but rather sweet for multiple beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(750ML. 2010 Vintage) Crack this big bitch open , I do like the booze ive sampled from this brewry thus far. A swril of a goblet gives a mild impression . Just floral and yeasty but pretty shy . Looks Belgian . Tastes Belgian ,but an un-complex one . rather floral, dry and spicy corriander notes. A bit sweet and chewey . Hardly exciting .

Original bottle from 2008 thrown in as an extra, 4 years old now. The carbonation is almost nonexistent with a few light airy bubbles. The aroma brings aged malts with some spicy, sweet, and Belgian yeast notes. The flavor brings the same notes as the aroma, but it seems to be dying from the loss of carbonation and more of an aged flavor. There are definitely sweet green apple notes, not tart at all. There is no indication of alcohol for such a high ABV of 10. The body is smooth and settles easy overall on the palate.

pours golden cloudy yellow with a giant-sized thick foamy head, excellent retention, slow-moving CO2 streams. A lot of bright clover honey-honeysuckle and chamomile on the nose. Burst of chamomile up front, subdued alcohol presence throughout, strong 8/10-level sweetness, honey, pineapple, wheat, coriander, and a soft off-dry finish, malty, semi-bitter. Medium complexity, med-high depth, good transitions, excellent carry, excellent drinkability. Hits like a truck 1/2way through a single glass. Super smooth and recommended.

75cl bottle, vintage 2010. Poured hazy golden with a frothy, white head. Aroma is very saisonlike, dry, cellar notes, apple. Flavor has peppery notes, hops, alcohol and fruits. Flavor reminded me of Fantome saison. Interesting beer. Very dry and hoppy finish. Full bodied. High CO2, champagne like sparkling in the mouth. Fortunately this is a big bottle, will enjoy every sip of it.

Pours a champagne color with a small amount of carbonation. Smells like apple juice with some honey and lemon. Tastes similar but is almost cloyingly sweet. Good but their are much better Belgians out there

Sour fruits in the nose (appropriate), flowery esters. Belgian funk. Orange peel. White wine/champagne grapes. Enormous, frothy head, leaves a thick crown. Cloudy as it gets. Some raisin, white wine grapes. Hint of citrus with a sour Belgian funk. Very sour finish. The palate is smooth and buttery. A little bubbly too. It’s a nice sour blonde Belgian with a touch of sweetness.

75cl bottle. Orangish colour with a nice formation of tan head with a good lasting. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and alcoholic. Flavour is moderate sweet at the beginning, yeasty, mild bready and with an alcoholic and slightly bittery final. Carbonation is medium. Body is high.

Clear golden body, bubbly white head.Peach, sharp grassy notes, banana and a Belgian, spicy yeast. Carbonation is pretty high, which suits the beer well. Dry, medium bitter base flavour, with a sweet-spicy hint. Light sweet and short ending actually. Prickly body helps hide the pretty high alcohol. Solid brew. (On tap at Lemmy’s)
