Nov 22, 2006 Bottled(330ml). -So far the best Christmas beer that I’ve had. Dark brown coloured, medium sized pale brown head, spicey port like nose. Aroma is nice malty and fruity with great spicy notes and touch of yeast and coriander. Lingering alcohol in the finish.

Nov 20, 2006 0,75l bottle. The looks are dark brown with a small off-white head which never quite disappear. Aroma of cognac, cherry and... something I couldn’t quite place. Intense flavours of wine, plums and liqurice.

Nov 12, 2006 Burned sugar, candy, warming full malt. Smooth, bitterness in the finish. The alcohol strength is evident, and almost masks a fine flavour of dried fruit.

Scant traces of a tan head on a beautiful dark red body. Lovely nose; spicey, berries, malt, orange peel, a touch of alcohol. The taste is very nice too. A tad earthy. Grapes, caramel, a faint touch of bubblegum, hints of mint, apricot flavoured candy. Yum. Faint malty/bitterish aftertaste. Damn smooth and a great beer.

Nov 7, 2006 A great beer. It had cinammon aftertones. Medium, cloudy body. Very unique and sweet.
