Nov 12, 2006 Burned sugar, candy, warming full malt. Smooth, bitterness in the finish. The alcohol strength is evident, and almost masks a fine flavour of dried fruit.

Scant traces of a tan head on a beautiful dark red body. Lovely nose; spicey, berries, malt, orange peel, a touch of alcohol. The taste is very nice too. A tad earthy. Grapes, caramel, a faint touch of bubblegum, hints of mint, apricot flavoured candy. Yum. Faint malty/bitterish aftertaste. Damn smooth and a great beer.

Nov 7, 2006 Bottled. Very dark brown coloured with a medium sized tan head. Very complex and sweet. Malts, candied sugar, liqourice, caramel and various spices.

Klar mahognifarve med lyst skum. Dufter af kirsebær, heksehyl og lidt skolekridt men også julekrydderier.
Smager af de samme ting. Er dejlig og ikke så tung som frygtet.
