4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not my favorite tripel. Very flowery and perfumy aroma which reminds me of summer ales or white beer. The appearance is a honey yellow which is very pretty, althougj head retention is poor. Taste is citrus and perfume with maybe some orange or lemon zest. Palate is ok, a bit spicy for my liking and a lasting afterburn. Overall an ok beer, but not my favorite taste .

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
*Old rating, best before 22.09.11. The beer in the glass is nice golden. In the nose there is citrus, the typical tripel-yeast and nice hops. The beer is nice tripel-typical sweetish-malty with nice citrus hops and mild yeast. There is still toffee, which fits in fine nice. A very nice beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Rated from the bottom of the bottle. I let this one sit on the counter a while to warm up a little. Poured into a snifter. A murky light orange color. Big frothy white head that settles to a thick lace. Bready and fruity aromas and flavor. Notes of pear and white grape. Good hop balance. Dry finish.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
750 ml bottle into chalice, bottled on 6/20/2013. Pours fairly crystal clear bright golden color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with incredible retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, orange zest, apricot, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, coriander, candi sugar, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spice, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, orange zest, apricot, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, coriander, candi sugar, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of earthy yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, coriander, candi sugar, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Outstanding complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, spice, and pale malt flavors; with a great crisp malt/yeast balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Quite dry on the finish as well for the gravity. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly prickly mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an outstanding tripel style. All around awesome complexity and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spice, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink for the ABV. A highly enjoyable offering.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
330 ml bottle. Dark golden yellow, quite hazy, with an average, creamy and persistent white head. Extremely floral and perfumy nose, slightly spicy (especially lavander and chamomile), a hint of bitter orange peel. Definitely different from a typical Tripel aroma, it reminds me of some Partizan beers from the grisette series. Way too lively, but the taste follow suite. Bitter, slightly tart, again very floral and aromatic. No alchool taste at all, but the drinkability is rather poor. Fizzy carbonation, light body, slightly oily texture. Probably need to revisit as this is an old bottle, but what I’m drinking is far from impressive.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
At the 1st tasting of 2015 in Belgrade-Serbia. Pours vivid hazy golden, gassy medium white foam. Nose: Belgian yeast, spices forward, fresh orange juice. Mouth: sweet feel, peppery, dry enough for triple and quite floral-fruity.
