COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In spite of modern brewing technology, this beer is brewed according to ancient traditions. It unites, now as in the past, the best products of our soil: rich barley and fine hops.. It's refined character, with a pure and rich taste, will captivate you. It is matured at length in cellar and bottle, and is guaranteed to be brewed only from pale malts. It is traditionally top-fermented and is 100% pure. The Gouden Carolus Triple has a unique colour and a full flavour due to its well-balanced hopping. To properly savour the Golden Carolus “Triple”, pour slowly in one movement leaving the yeast deposit in the bottle. This beer may be served cool but not chilled: 7-8°C is recommended. In 2002 this beer won the Gold Award in the World Beer Cup, San Diego, USA in the “Triple” category.

Hazy yellow/orange pour with huge fluffy head. Aroma of banana, yeast and honey. Taste of yeast, banana, citrus and slightly sweet. Alcohol is noticable in the aftertaste. Nice carbonation. Very good beer.

Flaske 0,75l fra Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. Delt med Janeriks, MrSoul og Rune 15 Feb 12. Gylden på farge. Veldig høyt luftig skum. Uklar. Søt fruktig aroma. Appelsin & mango. Godt integrert alkoholsødme. Etterlater et vel søtt helhetsinntrykk.

750ml bottle, thanks to Finn for sharing. Big white head to a cloudy, golden body. Fresh floral-fruits and herbal hops to the nose, semi-sweet. Mild spiced fruits in flavour, including oranges, added by wheat, integrated yeast and noticeable alcohol to the ending that lingers for quite a while. Well bodied. Has, indeed, got its moments of joyful drinking (big bottle session among friends in Tromsø, 15.02.2012).

Eccellente birra di casa belga! Esteticamente perfetta! Schiuma da 10 e lode! Nell’aroma si percepiscono i lieviti. Il gusto al primo sorso lo definirei "PARADISIACO", eccellente! il retrogusto è leggermente "vinato". davvero un ottima birra! una delle migliori!
