750 ml bottle. A cloudy golden beer with a generous and persistent white head. Nice aroma, quite powerful and hoppy, with notes of flowers, grass, citric fruits, spices and some alcohol. The flavour is quite sweet, not totally but enough balanced, and with spicy and fruity notes. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, long finish with medium bitterness and some alcohol. Very good tripel, quite drinkable for its size.

Sep 7, 2008 Taster at The Mondial de la biere 08 in Montreal. The color is a hazy blonde with a white head. The aroma is pleasant. The taste is of malt and grapes and citrus fruits, with just a bit of hops. This is a very very good example of a tripel sbbey.

Sep 3, 2008 Bottle from Dranken Geers. Gold, thick rocky head. Perfumed aroma. It’s rather a good tripel, nice strongish hop on the finish. Slight peach on aroma. Settles down into an alright tripel. I quite liked it. Decent hop on finish. Bit of hot alcohol.

Aug 28, 2008 Pours a pale hazy yellow with a two finger creamy white head. The nose was sweet, yeasty, grapes, spicy, some white pepper, cardamom, orange peel and lemongrass show as it warms. The flavor was sweet, nice spicy/yeasty character, curacao, hoppyness shows as it warms, peppery. I’d have to say this is one of my favorite tripels, very nice and very gratifying as it warms.

Aug 28, 2008 Wait a minute, Ethan just turned 21? I have been contributing to his delinquency for over a year now! Gold pour with a slight haze. Fluff white head a typical Gouden lace. Complex aroma, very fruity. Flavor is loads of fruit, malts and yeast. Well balanced and complex!
