33cl bottle. Golden/orange and a bit cloudy with medium and lasting head. Aroma is medium intensive with dominating spices and caramel bread. Also pear, dried fig, apple, apricot and banana. Medium thick and creamy mouth feel. Rich flavor with dominating sweetness and strong, hot spices. Medium bitter finish. Good balance. That's not a bad Belgian ale.

Bottle 33cl. forgot where I bought this one. Pours hazy dark golden with a medium white head. Nose: dried fruits, banana, caramelized. Taste: stronger carbonation, dried fruits, spicy and a warm alcoholic feeling in my throat that lasts. Earth texture with a nutty flavour even a taste like old wine. Also some hops and a little dry.

Dark blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of candy and bready yeast. Side notes of fruity, sweet red apple.

Donkergeel bier met stevig schuim. Smaak is krachtig, licht zoet en kruidig, abrikoos, ananas en citrus. Erg goed.

Bouteille: Deep golden, some floaties visible, mid-sized and quite stable loose off-white head; sweet nose of molasses and dark malt with a certain fruitiness and an illusion of old wine; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, not soft; metallic traces in the slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish. Drinkable, but not great…

Bottle at home. Pours a deep golden colour with a tight white head. Bready, yeasty aroma, also a hint of stone fruit. A sweet beer, with a slight balancing bitterness. Rich, luscious mouthfeel with a gentle taste of apricot. No doubt this is a sweet tripel, but it’s rather enjoyable all the same.

Bottle. Golden blonde. Soft tropical fruit and metal notes in the aroma. Malty sweet citric floral flavor with hints of fruit yoghurt. Drinkable.

330ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with huge, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish fruity aroma, notes of boiled down yellow apples, redcurrant and black currant juice, some yeasty spiciness. Taste is minimally peppery spicy yeasty, cautiously fruity, cheesecake basis, a touch of caramel. Not bad, but also not overly memorable.

Keg at Six Deg Aberdeen. It pours cloudy orange-amber with a small yellow-white head. The nose is soft, earth, cream cheese, spice, hay, barnyard, must, sulphur and smoked ham. The taste is bitter-sweet, juicy orange, tangerine, candied orange peel, odd cream cheese feel, digestive biscuit, sugar, earth, straw, alcohol and touch of spice with a dry finish. Med+ body and fine, prickly carbonation. Odd sweet, cheesy thing going on. A bit all over the place... The third shared between 2 didnae get finished...
