Light haze on this amber beer. Decent white head. Smooth palate, slightly soft and semi dry. Lactose milky sweet pale malt. Subtle herbs. Fairly peppery spice. That’s about it. Dry finish. Not bad.

Pours hazy golden with a large, eggy white head. Good duration. Aroma is sweet, citrus, light lactic, doughy malts. Highish carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has melon, citrus, piney, light mineral. Quite lingering bitter citrussy finish. Fairly warming finish.

Golden orange color with big head. Aroma is yeast, fruits. Flavor is yeast, sour.

Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, yeast, hop, dust. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, yeast, dust, spices, pine. Nice/OK beer.

Clear orange golden colour, white head. Quite light aroma, hops, honey and malts. Sweet malty flavour, some bitter hops, citrus peel, quite fruity, apricot. Hop bitter finish, marmalade and honey.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, average and fully diminishing head. Moderate malty - wheaty aroma, some caramel and fruitiness light spiciness (coriander, pepper). Body is average, malty - some wheat and sweetish, light caramel and some fruitiness, light spiciness and light alcohol. Finish is average, malty - some wheat lightly sweetish, light caramel and some peppery spiciness with some alcohol. Strong ale with spiciness - not too sweet.

Great golden beer, with taste of nuts, oranges and a long lasting sweet bitterness. Like it!

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Yeasty and lemony fruity aroma with hints of cara-malt and brioche. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and mildly fruity (cara-)malty taste with bready notes; sweet-bitter and mildly alcoholic finish. 08.VI.12

Pours a dark golden colour with a large, frothy and lacy head. Aroma of dried apricot, sweet honey and some spiciness. Flavour is quite rich with it’s dried fruits, caramel, pale malts, pepper and herbs and grassy hops. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes very fruity, light floral and spicy. More of a tripel I’d say and truly a tasty one.
