Bottled, thx to thewolf. Clear copper color, short frothy head. Caramel malt, raisin. Bit bitter. Average doppelbock.

Offwhite head on a reddish body. Not bad, slightly alcoholic, malty with hints of caramel.

Bottle 66cl. Clear red/amber body with a large offwhite head. Lots of malt and a little alcohol in the nose. Large body dominated by malt and maby a little caramel. Nice bitter aftertaste where the alcohol dominates too much for my taste.

The taste is deep and sweet with a volumous feeling and hints of burned malts, burned caramel, alcohol and almonds. The nose is sweet and i sence hints of honey. The appearence is deep and clear brown. Not much of a head.

Malty.
Sweet, taste of caramel.

Bottle. Amber colour with medium head. Malty profile in nose with notes of caramel, dark fruits and sweet fruits. In mouth sweet malt and caramel. Sticky aftertaste with some bitterness.

Bottled. Ambery orange colour with mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, alcohol as well as some mild fruityness. Flavour is mainly sweet malts with alcohol lurking in the background. Gives a nice warming feeling while you drink it.

En god solid dobbeltbock - med alle dens kvaliteter i form af tung maltsødme, styrke. Meget mild i bitterhedsafdelingen. Lidt modne frugter. Stadig en af de bedste fra GB - og kan stadig godt li’ den - på trods af deres tilsyneladende upassende behandling af Ølfabrikken / Christian S.
