COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cloudy Wheat has a lively, white head with an aroma of newly harvested fields and is pleasantly dry. The flavour is full making this a fine accompaniment to fish, shellfish and light meat dishes. Can also be enjoyed as an aperitif for good times amongst your friends.

An unclear dark amber beer with a huge fluffy light orange head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana, malt, caramel, oranges, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of caramel and a light acidity from the wheat, and light notes of banana and oranges. The mouthfeel is very smooth, and the end is dry and wheaty, though with the caramel lingering for a long time.

500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 5.5%. Despite the name, this is one of the least cloudy hefeweizens I have seen, pretty close to a kristallweizen. Pale golden colour, big to moderate white head. Typical hefeweizen aroma of ripe bananas, cloves and bubblegum. The flavour has also notes of banana and cloves, hints of citrus, very moderate hops in the finish.

Rating #333, bottle from Fakta

Well, this is not very cloudy for a beer named "Cloudy Wheat", but some hazyness is to be seen. The beer is dark golden in it’s colour - where is the dunkel in this dunkelweizen? The head diminishes rather quickly; all in all I am not impressed from the appearance alone. Aroma is hay, wheat malts and a bit of banana - quite standard wheatbeer. Flavor is hay, fruits, obvious amounts of banana and a bit alcohol in the finish. Almost no bitterness, but nice flavor. Medium body, indifferent mouthfeel. I dont see the dunkelweizen in this one, and personally I would call it hefeweizen.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu) Poured dark orange and quite cloudy with large and white head. Aroma contained fruitiness and citricness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, lightly citricness, hint of hops and some banana. Aftetasted didn’t last long and was lightly bitter. Easily drinkable weizen without any especially good or annoying features.

Amber with a frothy head. Coriander, banana and bubblegum - classis wheat notes. A bit too dry and acidic, though, in the long run.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy light brown with an amber hue. Aroma was full of grain, cereal and a bit of banana. Flavor had sweet malts including cereal and grain with a sweet banana finish.

Unfiltered brown. Head retention, fine to medium bubbles. Some banana/phenol aroma. Sweet aroma turns into boring malt/little malt flavour. More hop than a belgian witt. Sour. Alcohol makes the medium body seem more thin. Not interesting initial taste, unmatched bitter/alcohol ending Medium body, diluted by alcohol. Too sour and watery in the long drink. Purchased in SuperBrugsen, Halmtorvet.
