DBF 2005. Hazy bronze, thin off white head and moderate condition. Gently sweet and fruity in the nose, full bodied and sweet in the mouth with solid maltiness and a good balancing hop floweriness. Gentle sweet yeastiness at first in the finish but with a good hop bitterness developing.

Brown. Short white head. Malty aroma with notes of hops. Good carbonation. Malty sweet flavour with roasted malts balanced by medium bitter hoppy finish. Something floral? Sugarsticky palate.

Hansen (8248) - Assentoft, DENMARK - SEP 15, 2006
Me like! Well, it was 2 month too old, but it had a real pleasent malty aroma and flavor. The aroma was kind-a sweetish, flavor finishing bitter, perhaps astringent. Long finish.

Bottle. Nice aroma but not much Cascade, color is amber. Head is long lasting and that is beautiful.
