Cascade and yeasty aroma. Cloudy amber, low cremy tanned head. Fruity orangy and peach flavor balaned with flowery, piney and citric hops. Round mouthfeel Fruity aftertaste. Nice

Definitely a good beer. Light, yet tasty, and a pleasure to drink. It has all the ingredients to make a good ale, ans it certainly deserves its name. A nice +mas discovery.

Bottled. Quite hoppy and refreshing. A nice amount of hops in this. A really nice beer, very authentic and genuine.

Pretty reddish brown colour with a small disappointing head. Aroma is pleasant but a little faint: Malty and with hints of hops. The flavour is very nice: Initially sweet (caramel) followed by a great dry and hoppy finish (Cascade). Unfortunately, the palate is too flat for me. Nonetheless, a fine ale (as the name suggests)! My bottle was 6.5% ABV.

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2008 Pours dark brown with a beige head. Very full aroma. No carbonation to speak of and a nice heavy hopping, even if the flavour itself is lacking. Good effort.

Very promising new little brewery. A very good and nice beer with good taste and nice feeling. Bottle and label are a little boring, but in the average

Dark burgundy red-foxy colour; virtually no head. American hops nose, rich, dry hopsacks, grapey, green sultana’s, and fleetingly, some Thai herb. Rich, faint sweetness, malts, but watered down texture, very markedly. Bit of chocolate, tobacco (retronasal), and of course again a good dose of US hops. Grapey, not vinous, also bit of cardboard; warming up some sweat. MF is the Achilles heel of this beer. The thinness (for a 7% ABV beer!) is so marked it is embarrassing. Aftertaste has slightly burning component. Nowhere bad. It is interesting as it has some characteristics of a session beer, and some of a Big’un. Thanks for the switch, Jeppe.

Bottle, at home. Brown with off white head, almost diminishing, no lacings. Aroma moderate malty, heavy hoppy. Flavor light sweet, heavy bitter, long duration. Light body, watery, flat carbonated.

UPDATED: APR 8, 2006 A great American style ale from Denmark! Sampled a bottle at Elmers in Roskilde. The color is a brilliant red and the hop aroma is nice and citrusy. An ale with just the right balance of malt while still having some body. I could drink this all night long!
