Clear medium red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, spicy, coriander, licorice - star anis. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090221]

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has strong notes of caramel on a malty back ground. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices - especially coriander on a malty back ground.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber to hazzlenut brown with a diminished off-white head. Mild spiced to herbal hops aroma. Medium sweet flavoured with a distinct liqourice and mild roasted malt note. Easy and tasty. Light bitterness and spice finish. Love the liqourice.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a small creamy off-white head. Has a fruity malty slightly spicy aroma. Sweetish malty spicy dark fruit flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy dark fruit fiish.
