3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
66cl bottle from super brugsen birkerød.
this better taste good, i bruised two knees, got a hole in my pants, and broke a bottle of cider trying to bike it (and about 15 like it) 8km. home in a stormy night, after a tasting at faroeviking’s place in 2008.
best before 29-4-2009 , sampled 3-feb-2009.
cloudy deep amber with few small debris, lots of small bubbles. large thick soft solid head. looks very nice.
aroma of dark fruits, plums, raisins, faint alc. good aroma but could have been stronger.
flavor is soft, dark fruits, faint licorice, sweetness. honey if i should place it, it would be a cross between a mild, soft and well balanced belgian triple or quad, and a danish christmas brew. This is extremely tasty and also an easy drinker. and strong. good for the ladies lol.
