Bottled. Dark brownish red coloured. Light brown dense head. Chocolate, herbs, cocoa and light roast in thee nose. Flavour of chocolate, fruits, sweetness, and light spice. Medium bodied. A bit dry. Ends on a cocoa sweet note. 1. time I tried it I wasn’t that fond of it, but 2. time I found it quite pleasant and balanced. Nice for deserts.

Oct 7, 2008 Bottle at Chris O’s legendary tasting. dark chocolate Iodiney nose, dark malts. Thin long oily aftertaste some chcolate character but not predominan. Alright but not chococlatey enough for me.

Dark brown color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (020808)

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle 66cl. Dark brown/black body with a large dense (but quickly disappearing) brown head. Chocolate and a little malt in the nose. Medium body with lots of chocolate and malt. A light hoppy " and bubbly" finish.

Aug 10, 2008 Chris_o’s GBBF Shindig 08. Smells of fish and chips. Hints of chocolate. Soft mouthfeel. Very faint bitter dark chocolate in the finish. Not quite firm enough in any direction - it’s a beer, but doesn’t quite pull together for me. OK.
