This is an unusual pils, cloudy with hefe so some lemon notes, fair head, fiant aroma but I would swear this is a wheat beer. I even asked the lady in the Harbor if she was sure.

From tap@some fish restaurant in Nyhavn, København. Low offwhite head. Brilliant, straw colored body. Weak, fairly crisp malt aroma. Hoppy notes of hay and minerals. Taste is dry and very light malty. Barely noticable hop bitterness. High CO² level, providing a fizzy mouthfeel. Light in body. Short, bone dry finish.
