Surprisingly yeasty and spicy, with some fruity and citrus notes. Underlying caramel and malty notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Hazy orange color, small white head. Fruity, but diacetylic aroma. A bit sourish fruity (apricot) alcoholic flavor. Ok Belgium strong ale. Saison? Well .. sort of. Aroma is malts, some yeast, earth and quite much barnyard. Flavour is flowery hops, yeast, barnyard and quite mouldy with some hints of fruit and malts.
