Commercial Description:
Valentine is a handsome, straw golden beer with seducing aromas of lychee (love fruit) from the finest American aroma hops. Perfect for a romantic dinner with your loved one or simply a good night with friends and family. The beer is an easy drinking Helles with classic eurolager flavours.

Bottle at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Solid biscuity malt base. Hints of grassy hop. Slightly sweet palate. A touch of vanilla/cream soda but not too intrusive. I thought this was a nice, clean blonde lager.

Bottled: Golden coloured Clear, Fluffy off white head. Flowery and light herby aroma. Flavour is sweet, fruity and has light herbal notes. Light to medium body. Mild bitter end. A bit too vague in flavour and aroma for my likings.

Pours clear pale yellow and a small white head. Straw and a bit of hop in the aroma with a sweet edge. Hoppy and light spicy flavor with a herby tone. Reminds me of an oktoberfest. Quite boring, it seems like this brewery plays a little to much on the safe horse.
