Bottle courtesy of thewolf: Poured a hazy whitish color ale with a good size head with average retention. Aroma of coriander and orange peel is quite dominant and interesting. Taste is also dominated by a nice presence of coriander and orange peel but unfortunately there is insufficient malt to sustain the body and the ending is really watery and disappointing. The presence of spice still provide a refreshing taste but there is still too much malt lacking to turn this one around.

Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is wheaty, citrus and lots of coriander. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry finish. Very refreshing. Nice wit. 020411

Good witbier that taste like the Belgians makes it, but with a slightly low foam. Fine foam that quickly disappears.

Orange colour and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Delicate and light spicy, citrus, aroma. Some acid notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acid, grape, light bitter finish. Creamy texture.

50 cl flaske. Bleggul til strågul, meget diset nærmest grumset. Stort hvidt hovede som dog hurtigt falder. Aroma af hvede korianter og citrus. Smag hvede, korianter samt en snert hvid peber. Lidt vandet, med en lille smule restbitterhed. Ikke en øl, som bliver min favorit. DK-B-34,00

500 ml bottle, as Gourmetbryggeriet WitBier. ABV is 4.8%. Bought in Denmark. Very pale straw coloured, big white head. Distinct aroma of citrus / lemons, hints of coriander and cloves. Soft mouthfeel. Refreshing flavour, moderately citrussy, distinct notes of coriander, hints of cloves. Moderate hops in the finish. OKish.
