(Bottle at Pikkulintu on 2008-04-27) Cloudy. Pale golden colour. Big white head. Yeast and dry hops in nose. Quite light palate. Fruity taste with some citrus aromas. In dry aftertaste there’s a bite from hops. Hints of banana and sweetness.

Jul 8, 2008 Bottle. Hazy yellow / straw colour with lasting white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast and fruit/flowers. Flavor is much of the same with citrus. A bit thin and watery.

Jun 21, 2008 White head on a cloudy gold body. I’ve tasres bette white beers, but this on is not bad at all. Unfortunately, it’s a bit waery and I could use more flacvour.

May 14, 2008 Golden, unclear. huge white head. Yeasty aroma and flavour with wheat, bergamot and corriander. Some underlying malty sweetness. Mild (thin) flavour. Watery. Overall a wee bit thin...

Apr 26, 2008 66 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense and slowly diminishing chalk white head. Citrusy wheat aroma, medium dry and light/refreshing. Flavour is light citrus fruity with a malty wheat flavour beneath I sense some caramel malt which seems to give the beer and more solid body rather than just wheaty bubblegum flavours. Ends light estery with a fruity touch and subdued bubblegum note. Very reminiscent of Hoegaarden Witbier - just a bit more dry.
