Bottle. Pours a hazy orange-yellow with a thin white film head. Lots of residue and a lot of bubbles. Aroma has caramel, mandarin. Quite spritzy Flavour is dry, malty and quite sweet. Not that terribly interesting.

Bottle. Yellow/brown with a rocky foam. Aromas are sweet caramel malts with some lemon. Flavours are caramel and lemon with cream and vanilla. Fairly yeasty with a dry finish.

Clear yellow coloured, with some light carbonation and a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with some fruity/citrus hints. Full creamy body. Finish is bitter sweet, fruity with a more dry ending. Nice brew.

Bottle. Hazy orange colour with aan average white head. Malty, fruity aroma with some alcohol. Malty flavor with some fruitiness and little spices. Dry hoppy finish. Brewed since August 2000.

Bottled - Peterborough BF. An orange coloured beer with a nice white head. The aroma is yeasty and spicy with coriander notes. The taste is also nice and yeasty; peppery and spicy with lemon notes. Prickly carbonation. Tasty and very much like a Wit.

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2006 Chewy, apricot-scented ’blonde’ with the haziness of a Witbier and a punchily dry hop bitterness in the finish. Dubbel XX and Orval excepted,about as dry as any Belgian I’ve tried.
