COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our popular version of an authentic Belgian Tripel is here. This unfiltered, pale gold has a complex malt and fruity aroma. With virtually no hop flavor, the yeast dominates with a strong alcohol burn in the finish.

On tap at the pub, December 2007. Slightly hazy golden with a moderately-sized white head. Really malty sweet aroma - phenols, banana, and slight clove. Banana flavor is very pronounced, rounded out with a slight bitterness. Mild carbonation level is perfect. A very tasty offering.

A well-hazed, sandy/golden with a mid-sized head that fades fast to halo. Highly phenolic yeast profile strikes harshly as nail polish remover with fruity banana and light citrus. Killer ABV over sweet banana in the flavor with a lingering dry spiciness. Mildly syrupy body. Tongue-numbingly powerful yet quite tasty nonetheless.

There’s a slight haze to the pale golden body. The frothy white head laces nicely as it disipates. The aroma is quite fruity - cherry and plum- with an undertone of alcohol. A sharply sweet malt is introduced in the flavor blending nicely with the fruit and accented by a light, soapy yeast and an alcohol peppery tingle. It finishes on a sweet malty note cooled by the rapid evaporation of the alcohol. Nice.

On tap at the brewery, served in a snifter.

For a tripel this isnt so bad at all really. Hazy orange-ish kind of yellow with no head. The nose is very full of esters, bannanannas and yeast. The taste has lots of alcohol here and there with more of that fruit only more dark kind of fruits than in the nose. Full. Some citrus comes out as it warms. Pretty darn good really.
