COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A complex Belgian ale. Plenty of fruit esters and malt character to go around. A traditional abbey yeast and European malts were used to create this brew.

Silly name for a beer. This pours a brownish amber body with a smallish white head that vanished when I blinked. The aroma and the flavor reflect one another - toffee with sweet cherries and half a soft banana. There’s a slight touch of sourness in the finish. Drinkable, but passable.

Served as a clear, deep copper with a short white head that quickly became a ring & film. Biting, sour yeast aromas with eggish sulphurs. Belgian yeast is pronounced in flavor & sourly fruity but alcohol drying doesn’t let the flavor linger.

Brownish clear in color with no head. However, some lacing left on the glass. The nose has some nice malts and more bananna fruit. The taste is mostly bannana and drowns out mostly everything else. I kind of wonder if there was a problem with this. As it fades off there is a bit of that hop kind of bite that is almost metallic. Overall barely drinkable.
