COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An English mild ale that will spank your mouth awake with flavor. Subtle malt and caramel along with roast malt tones contributing the the flavor and aroma. A little hop, a little aroma, but a wild ride wtih J Dubs until your glass is empty. This beer is a great introduction to the Craft Brewing revolution for those who just won’t settle for bland tasting beer. Yeah Baby!! (1.041 O.G., SRM 21.7 IBU 19.5)

#1025. On tap at the brewery. Dark copper ruby, clear, with a thin off white head. Nose is nearly nonexistant, taste has lots of yeast and grains. Nearly a fruit beer with lots of cream and hints of raspberry, citrus and mango. Drinkable.

Growler: This poured a mahogany body lightly highlighted in red and had little head to speak of. It both smelled and tasted like an old Tootsie Roll, somewhat dusty, with a bit of cherry syrup added. There’s a very low level of roasted malts with a drop or two of chocolate. It seems like it wasn’t fully fermented. Not a good sign for the brewpub.

Pours a deep mahogany under a cream-colored ring. Dry & malty aroma with mild cherry and dry cocoa. Amateurish & worty, this comes off like a mediocre extract homebrew. Mild cherry fruitiness to a bland coffee bitterness in flavor. Maybe the words above in the commercial description calling this beer a "great introduction to the Craft Brewing revolution" indicates that this is the first large-scale brew by Govnors replacement for the late Terry Richardson.
