On tap at the brewery. Rather thin in the taste and the nose. Did have some faint wheat and hops. Overall rather unimpressive.

Served a slight-hazed golden with a thin white halo. Minimalist aromas show me only a milky sourness. A nutty, lemony lager with a heavier body than I expected. A good brew, but a shortage of hops has me confused on the style.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2006 Something odd about the smell of this golden lager, purported to be in the Bohemian Pilsener style. (Nice head, by the way.) Besides the sweet malt in the nose, there was a light aroma of cherries and a pronounced almond smell. The flavor was fine, a well rounded, bready sweet malt with a mild floral hopping. Not bad.
