COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An all malt German lager. A very delicate balance of malt and hops character. Light bodied but full of flavor. German malts and all Saaz hops give this brew a distinct flavor.

Short for Lake In The Hills Pils - This pours a slightly hazed pale yellow body with a respectable fizzy head. It’s got an aroma of sweet grainy malts well balanced with a floral/grassy hop bitterness. The hops are much more pronounced in the flavor, and it’s hard to believe that this Pilsener measures in at only 34.8 IBUs. The finish is dry and bitter as a Pils should be. Nice.
Rating # 3737... kind of a neat number.
