... So, the bartender hands me this beer and a survey card, also: This is an Imperial Cream! Wow. It’s vinous, and very creamy. Seeing as how this is strictly experimental, I say that they need to tweak this to my preferences :o) Get rid of most of the vinous nature and replace it with pine and lemon, keep the creaminess, and load up on chewy toasty malts. Actually, I did note that this was a little bit toasty. And for some reason I noted that this needs Amarillo--I’m not sure why. Anyway, this beer made me much drunker. And I liked it, but it was a bit filling, and it had sorta reminded me of a beer with a wine cooler in it--that’s odd. This is no session beer--nuh-uh!
