Cask @ Night of the Living Ales. I had never heard of Govnors Public House, so it was nice to try a new brewer. This ended up being a pretty decent IPA. Aroma of grapefruit and pine. The flavor was much of the same but was well balanced with the malt. Good brew.

This was a pleasant surprize at the festival. The body appeared to be (not the best lighting) a hazy amber with an off-white head. The aroma was fresh & fruity, both pink and yellow grapefruit, with a touch of pine needles covering a sweet caramelly malt. Same with the flavor, very fresh and lively with a solid bitterness that lingered throughout the finish. I don’t know the ABV, but would consider this to be a sessionable IPA regardless of what it was.
