Nov 5, 2009 Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of grain, malt, brewmash, and some hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of grain, brewmash, and some straw, leading to a smooth hay finish.

Oct 14, 2009 Pour is a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is an ok biscuity malt. Flavor is again mostly biscuit malt but a nice hop bite follows I don’t get in most lagers. This has more body than your average lager and its quite solid.

Sep 20, 2009 330 ml bottle purchased as part of a beers of summer 10 pack from World Market. Pour is slightly hazed pale golden with a foamy 2 inch white head. Head falls quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma of some straw, mild, not much else. Not a bad nose, just not much there. Taste is similar to the nose, grass, a touch of caramel malt sweet, and not a whole lot else. As it warms, a bit lemon floral comes out adding a nice dimension. Palate is light in body, bordering on watery, high level of carbonation and a clean finish. It actually has a bit of creaminess to it, which is odd. Drinkable enough.

Jul 27, 2009 Bottle thanks to Steph’s sister in the international multipack. 021 5327. Hazy light amber with a straw hint with small white, fizzy head. Aroma is dry grain, not much else. Flavor is medium sweet citrus and grain with some floral properties as well. Light body with creaminess. Not bad.
