COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Description from BSF progamme at GBBF 2006:

Head brewer Sergio Ormea uses local craft honey to flavour this exciting golden strong honey ale. Very good with calf, chicken, rabbit, and turkey, but absolutely perfect with cakes.

75cl bottle from Beer City, lot# 28032012/1, BB 10/20/2013.

Over the palate, a hint of citrus and liquorish. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with light acidic. Lingering sweet finish with a hint of spice at the end. 3 / 6 / 6 / 3 / 12 = 3.0

[Bottled] Hazy golden, rich head. Sweet and fruity with evident notes of honey. Medium bodied with lively, fairly soft mouthfeel.Low bitterness. I’ve never quite got the point with honey ales, but this one is well crafted, even if it is not the most exciting beer ever.
