COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra rosso-ambrata di malto d'orzo ad alta fermentazione (Alc. 6% circa). Ha un delicato profumo erbaceo e floreale, il sapore è complesso, avvolgente e con un buon corpo.

75cl flip top, BB 08/2013, lot#17012012/1 shared with Tomaz. Ambrée présentant qcq particules levure, col épais beige-blanc cassé. Arôme est malté léger, fin houblon citronné avec une levure restant présente. Palais est malté, vieux grains, houblon amer et ce côté prenant léger fruité rouge. Malt cara-pâle avec une pointe sucrée brun et note de chocolat. Le tout reste épais donnant une belle rondeur de fin de bouche.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks FB!). Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white fluffy head. Aroma is citrus, some caramel and bready malts as well as some zesty and herbal notes. Flavour is similar, but the sweet maltyness is dominating most of the others.
