33cl bottle. Pours a coppery red with a thin white head. Smells mildly fruity, slight metallic. Tastes sweet, semi-bitter, salty, with a subtle fruitiness. Finishes slightly salty, dry and a bit bitter. Goes down easy.

What a surprice, extreme overcarbonated so our office got oversplashed with beer, took 5 minutes before it could be poured, foam kept fuzzing out of the bottle. Brown coloured with an offwhite head, medium duration. Acidic aroma, some berries. Yeasty too. Astringent.

Bottle atthe Fork and Bottle Zurich, December 2012. Pours clear brown with white head. Roast, some wood, cocoa beans aroma. Tastes bitter with hints of cocoa sweetness and roasty. Sleek texture, medium body, smooth, sweet finish.

Hazy dark red beer, small tan head. Malty nose. Light dry palate. Malty with mildly sour coca cola and fruits. Bitter finish, dry too. Okay.

Amber color. At smell is so malty and caramel. Taste is sweet with long finish.

Bevuta alla spina, l’ho trovata interessante perchè delicata e ben bilanciata. Buona schiuma compatta che rende la birra, scura con riflessi ramati, ancora più invitante. Frutta e maltata, ma ben amaricata in bocca lascia un retrogusto lungo e piacevole. l’assaggerò anche in bottiglia.

Non tra i miei generi di birra preferiti. Appare con un colore marrone scuro tendente al nero con un bel cappello di schiuma abbastanza persistente. Si sente il dolce del malto ma anche l’amaro del luppolo. Birra decisa ma non particolarmente incisiva.
