3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500 ml bottle shared by Tmonet99 and shigadeyo. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a med/lg. yellowish beige head. The aroma sweet malts, herbs, nutty, sour, and caramel. The flavor had more caramel malt, nuts, mild sourness, alcohol, and spices. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation. Interesting but not my thing.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
This has a weird aroma, a little soapy. the flavor on this is strange. A bit of malt, maybe some nuts, but also with a character reminiscent of Christmas ales. One of the guys here says that if you’ve ever tried chestnuts, it tastes just like that.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Pours a medium amber-brown body with a fizzy, off-white head.
Smell: Caramel maltiness and sun-dried fruits with the scent of chestnuts tucked away in the background.
Taste: Caramel malts and sugar-coated nuts. Fairly fruity. The chestnut character is present, but is never overbearing. Earthy bitterness. Finishes dry.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation.
Drinkability: How about that snazzy bottle, huh? Oh, the beer? Well, it’s okay.

Bottle. Reddish brown beer with a light head. The aroma is fruity and mildly sour, and the flavour is yeasty, bitter and quite rich. Overall a reasonable beer,

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours reddish amber into a shaker. Fluffy tan head with good retention leaves spot lacing as it slowly recedes. Sour caramel aromas. Sharp and sour from front to back. Becomes unpleasant as it warms.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
The aroma does have nuts and plenty of malt, but the touch of sourness really hurts the aroma. The appearance is nice its cloudy amber with a large head. The taste is like the aroma and hurt by the sour taste. The mouth feel is smooth. Overall it has some good qualities but I don’t really like it that much.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Wood clad barrel pour at Churchkey. Poured a dark amber color, slightly off-white head, plenty of lacing. Aroma was notes of malt, with a touch of hazelnut. Touch of sour notes, with some sweet malts. Interesting brew.
