Aroma floreale di luppolo con note dolci. Al palato si presenta ben equilibrata, con un corpo molto (troppo) leggero. La birra è molto beverina e dissetante.

Bottle pour at Erzbierschof. Pours a clear golden with a bit white head. Smells bready, with some malt. Tastes sweet, yeasty, and somewhat grassy. Medium bodied, highly carbonated, but with soft bubbles. Finishes extremely dry.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks F.B.). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is malts, grains, herbs, mild bready notes as well as some grassy hops. Flavour is quite much the same, but also has some rather yeasty notes, which doesn’t suit this beer style that well (at least not the yeast used).

from erzbierschof.ch - very slightly hazy blond colour with a little white foam left; aroma of peanuts and dust; medium and rounded malt body; moderate carbonation and pretty tasty, a late very respectable bitterness, very dry and long bitter aromatic hoppy finish with notes of herbs and peanuts

Bottled 75cl. It pours a hazy golden beer with a nicely lasting lacing white head. The aroma is reminiscent of lovely spicy hops, lemongrass and lime. Yeast accented throughout. Great hop profile. Strong bitterness. Dry finish which makes you eager to take antoher sip. I am impressed.

Very easy to drink beer. Blond, light and hopped. Rather well balanced. I like it very much, especially in summer.

Light light unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100624]
