Bottle in Rome. Hazy light gold beer. Frothy white head. Light dry crisp palate with a carbonated sting in the tale. Light lemony citrus. Dry malty finish. Hugely dissapointed - was really looking forward to this. No real tea characteristics here and at 10 Euros for a bottle it’s poor value.

Buona! Un po’ weizen un po’ blanche in ogni caso aparte l’aroma e il colore abbastanza insignificanti, ha un ottimo sapore che perdura e si sente anche a mio avviso, che sono un’intenditore di the verde, il sapore abbastanza deciso che si lega molto bene al genere di birra! PROMOSSA!!!

Gusher. Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, citrus, tart notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, citrus, tart yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110930]

Bottle @mondial de la bière, a cloudy yellow beer. Nose is well perfumes and typical weizen like with banana yeast notes. Aroma is floral with low tea notes, body is low, some acidity at the finish but pleasant anyway. Some peppery hops at the finish, interesting.

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with very big foamy white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast and banana. Flavour is wheat, malt, yeast, medium sweet, hops, little bitter and a little citrus.

fonefan tasting. Unclear yellow with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, yeasty and cloves. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry finish. 300911

Bottle @ Morten minus Peter smagning, Ulfborg. Gusher. Pours hazy golden with a small fluffy white head and lacings. Nose is wheat, citrus and vague yeast. Herbal hoppy refreshing feel. Dry and citrussy flavor with a bit of wheat. Medium and smooth palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Huge head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, coriander, citrus and hops.

20110620 500ml bottle from State Line. Golden color, medium haze, tall, mostly lasting white head of even foam. Interesting aroma, but odd with sour milkiness, mustard, lemon, fresh fennel, olive oil. Explosive eff fills the mouth and yet the beer is soft and nicely attenuated, not at all sweet, very mild bitterness at the finish has a light citrus character, some vitamin C, and the slightest grassy tea note. I’m not entirely sure what the purpose was of using tea in this beer, as it is hardly noticeable, if at all.
