2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
500 ml can. This is the Norwegian adaption at 4.7% alcohol. Light golden coloured with a medium-sized white head. Floral aroma with a hint of citrus. A little malt as well in the nose. Crisp light malts in the mouth at first that later ends up with a drying prickling feeling in the mouth. Oily hoppy finish. Very refreshing with a light metallic hoppy bitterness. After a while the bitterness and the oilyness become somewhat tiring.

Can. Pale yellow coloured. Clear. White fluffy head. Sweet and perfumed in aroma and flavour. Is very light herbal. Thin bodied and watery. Vague bitterness in the end. Easy to drink, but very boring.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Partyfaß, bought in Lidl, Ostbahnhof, Berlin (Costs only 3€, and it’s pfandfrei). The beer was very warm when I drank it while watching the World Cup final in Berlin. It went down surprisingly easy during German drinking games. I think this beer is designed to be drunk very warm.

1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Very pale yellow with little fizzy head. Aroma is quite bad, actually :o) Some maltiness and a bad citric feel. Taste is better with a cherry feel as well as citric bitterness.

A standard pale lager, yellow and not much head. Thin and not much aroma or flavor when cold. Warming up its gets a bit bitter-hopped. Mine was 4,6 Abv.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Cheapo can from Lidl. A thin, bland lager with a strong grain/cereal character. All malt doesn’t count for much, apparently. Poor.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can. An average plae lager. Golden colour with a small creamy head. Aroma and taste of malts and hops. A beer labeled german quality should be much better. Shame on you.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: JUL 4, 2011 June, 2006 Can from Lidl. A fat, creamy lager. Little of interest, but no significant off flavours. OK for washing down a baked spud. [2.2]
Nov, 2010 A clean and refreshing lager with modest but noticeable hop bitterness and a metallic malt. Drinkable but unremarkable. [2.4]
