Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, hay, straw, light to moderate hoppy, gras, light to moderate yeasty, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, a dry finish, very refreshing. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (210208)

Draught at the brewpub. ▒▒▒▒▒ Quite bland compared to other German brewpub pilseners. Pale golden coloured. Light grassy and hoppy aroma and flavour. Light to medium bodied.

(bottle) Pale golden colour with a medium foamy white head. Faint floral hoppy and citrus-fruity, buttery nose. Very smooth (soft brew-water) mouthfeel, quite pleasant. Light bitter flavour, medium body. Malty taste and a soft bitter and floral hoppy finish. A clean and (mega)soft but not sticky Pilsener, which was quite enjoyable. Good !
