COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Regular;
A malty darkish beer made from pale and crystal malts with torrefied wheat. Triple hopped with Northdown, Challenger and Progress hops and late-hopped with Goldings for aroma. 25 EBU.

Cask (gravity filled jug) @ Smithfield Hotel & Bar, Manchester M4, UK. Clear medium amber color with a small, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (160108)
