COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Regular;
As the name suggests a traditional beer fairly light in colour but with a hoppy finish. Made from Pale and Crystal malts with torrefied wheat. Single-hopped with Challenger and late-hopped with Goldings for aroma. 34 EBU. A good session beer.

Cask (handpump) @ New Oxford, Manchester M4, UK. Clear medium orange color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, toffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. (170108)
