Cask conditioned at The Palmerston Arms, Peterborough. Amber with slight white head. Immediate toffee caramel impact and really fairly flat, butterscotch and really not too that clever. Disappointing.

When the barmaid this out it was completely white froth, as if I just ordered a pint of milk. Low and behold, it emerged as a very pale, almost lager-like colour. It smelt like it just came from a field. Very light and sweet - not remembered for its smoothness, but nonetheless, a refreshing, easy, and lovely pint.

Cask at bow bar ... orange amber ... sweet toffee .nose.. sweet orange ligth bitterness ... mellow fruityness .. ligth dry hop.
