Cask, Star & Garter, Wigston. Slightly hazy golden with a firm off white foam. Aromas are biscuit and mellow lemon with earthy apple and low spices. Woody with bready yeast. Flavours are mellow lemon with biscuit malts and light woodiness. Leafy hops with soda water. Bready yeast with low lemon. Not a gold medal winning effort.
