COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made using our Light Wheat extract. A thirst-quenching wheat beer, made with 2-row brewers malt and white wheat malt. Hopped with Liberty and the acclaimed Oregon Crystal aroma hop.

Sampled at the brewhaus. An unfiltered beer with a soapy white head. It is golden, hazy, and just a bit dingy. Nose is light banana and cloves. Flavor is light and it has a creamy feel. This is nicely hopped, even surprisingly so. The hops give the beer a bit of attitude and depth. They also make it a more interesting beer but never detract. Cloves and bananas, again in the flavor. This is crisp, refreshing, and thirst quenching.

It poured a golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of wheat, malts and hops. The taste was of the same. It had a good balance of 2 different malts, making this a very tasty Hefeweizen.
