3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2014 Brown, cloudy, murky English bitter, nicely malted, slightly dry on tongue and with strong hops on the finish. However, the hops don’t overpower it or stay on the tongue. A really nicely balanced robust bitter. Re-rate - nice balance of slightly chocolatey toasty malt and caramel. Not much hopping, but when it’s fresh it’s decent.
