3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy golden, typical English small white head. Tastes of citrus, koriander and wheat. Proper wheat beer, some of the best British attempts at wheat beer Iíve had so far, but still plainly British ale (which in itself is not a bad thing)

Cask (Mill, Cambridge)
Slightly wheaty aroma. Cloudy orange. Acidic and very watery palate. Weak and incipid. Acidity too harsh, and apart from that watery. I wish UK brewers would stick to what they are good at, and thatís ales and porters, not wheat beers.

Cask at the Mill, Cambridge. Cloudy yellow.a bit of skimmy white head on the top. Citrus and coriander in the aroma. Proper Witbier smell with a bit of funk. The aroma isnít intense like it is with many of the best Witbiers, but thatís ok.bittersweet taste. Bit of cheese. Chalky, light and slightly bitter palette. A pretty good shot at a pretty good style.
