COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Smooth and thoroughbred white beer of 4,5°. Mashed in the purest brewery tradition with wheat, barley and specific yeast, it will seduce you with the smoothness of its flavour and of its slightly lemon taste. Thanks to its moderated content in alcohol, she is particularly thirst-quenching.

Hefiger aber ebenso stark muffiger Antrunk. Milder, wenig hefig, etwas herb. Dazu frisch gewürzig, was den Reiz des Bieres ausmacht. Diese Note lässt aber schnell nach, das Bier ist nun wieder langweiliger. 13/7/7/6//7

A Sim rate (Draught at ZBF): Citric, hoppy aroma. Tastes like fresh lemonade. I’m sure there is no alcohol in this. It’s ok but wouldn’t have more than one.

75cl bottle. One of my favourite blanches. Green gold colour with thick white head. V. lemony, like lemon curd on the aroma. Good in mouth with fresh lemon on finish. Just a tad soapy, but still v nice.

Corked bottle
Cloudy pale blond color. Strange aroma, citrus fruits, rubberband, white pepper. Dry taste, very citrusy (lemon peel) not malty enough, hidden hops. Odd!

Very ugly hazy light yellow coloured. Very weak and bad aroma. The flavour is extremely yeasty and rather sour. Fortunately very weak. However, undrinkable.
