Hazy orange body with a fluffy white head that leaves nice lqcing. Nose has a strong scent of menthol and herbs along with some yeasty notes. Taste is dry, somewhat bitter with a minty twist. Carbonation is fairly high and the mouthfeel is a little above average. The mintiness feels a little unusual, this is overall pretty mediocre.

From tap @ Delirium. Hay blond, white head. Nose gives an overdose on citrus, coriander, spices, malts. well carbonated, citrus, coriander, refreshing, easy drinker, pretty light body. Overall: pretty middle down the road.

Bottle 33cl. The same beer as Brice especially brewed as ’’Excellent Stift-Bier’’ for outlets in the Kerkrade region in Limburg, Netherlands. The name (and label) refer to a nunnery - Elisabeth Stift - nearby the town. Sour yeasty nose, fruit (apricot, apple), wheat, lemon peel, citrus, spruce, coriander, bubblegum, bathroom aromas; hazy deep golden color, off-white frothy head, dissipates quickly; spicy sweetsour taste, hint of bitterness; full body, oily texture; taste continues in finish with even more spiciness, distinct spicy/peppery feel lingers on.

Hellorange, leicht trüb, verhaltener Schaum geringer Standzeit.

Really lovely and sweet bottle bought at Stassen Vin in Aubel. There’s a big hype around this beer around there and surely I just love to buy some nice local beers to bring home. It has got a clear deep golden colour with low steady creamy head and medium to smooth body. Nose of light Belgian yeast. Taste of light strong alcohol, roses, ripe aromatic hops, grass and spruce. Floral finish. Really easy and nice to drink, enjoyed it a lot.

It does not taste that strong as it seems. Just a nice and very fruity belgian with hops starting and ripe fruits ending. Quite quffy, refreshing, bit heavy and very aromatic. Winner of the day and a nice surprise.

Mouldy floral aroma. Head disappears immediately. Metallic punch in the face at first draught. Some bitterness afterwards. Lingering syrupy taste.
