Bottle from Delhaize. Straw colour with fast-exploding head that covered the kitchen sink. Tangy, grapefruit nose. Also taste and a bit sour. Some fruit but pretty bland overall. Not sure my bottle was all correct...

F: huge white diminishing to thin coat long lasting. C: hazy golden. A: like fruity, spicy /ginger? , elder? /, fine hops, yeast and malt. T: for me very good like fruity, ginger, coriander, floral bitterness, strange but nice earthy notes like elder/vegetable, different and very good.

Golden hazy with small white head. Aroma with strong fruity (ginger?) notes. Taste medium bitter, bit harsh, some sweetness with ginger notes, another remaining bitterness comes bit later.

25cl draught. Hazy golden colour with a nice white head. Yeast, malts, floral and hay in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is light with some sour notes up to the finish. Overall, not so impressive but drinkable.

First grain dórge beer ... I wonder how that happened ? Found - of all places - in a tiny GB ( supermarket chain in Belgium that usually only sells macros ... WTF ??? ) Bottle at home . Pours clear blonde, ok white head . Smell is a specific kind of sweet . Honey with a twist ? Spices ? Its on the tip of my tongue . So familiar , yet so different . yeasty . Taste is bit bitter , vegetable ( green ) earthyness ( = spices that I mentionned before ) Carbonation is very OK . Mouthfeel is nice enough as well . Nothing outstanding to me , yet clearly different and rather unique in taste . Makes me thirsty for more beers by them ( i wonder why and how I always missed this brewery with apparently a lot of beers ? )
