750ml Bottle from Carrefour, Citi de Europe, Calais, 31-10-09 consumed 11-11-09 Pours warm gold with white head , sweet malty and yeasty aroma. Taste is a little cloying, quite pokey, malty, there is a slight cheapy metallic tanginess about this, but I really didn’t mind it, it’s far from great but I’ve had a lost worse. A Mes rate. Bottle at LCRBM #5.
Dark gold with very little head. A very dull sweet yeasty Belgian. Lots of caramel and a bit of carboard. Big fruity alcohol. Almost totally flat. Thick syrupy alcohol takes centre stage sadly.

Orange-gold, clear beer with small white rim. Sour-sweet nose, nearly like ananas in Cantonese stew. Flat, with some easy ethylacetate and suchlike esters; sweet and rather fruity. Sweet fruity keeps going on, longlasting; medium bodied at best. Ouch, disapointingly flat, unidimensional beer.
